本網站不定期更新多款新產品，全部訂造貨品，刻字服務最快7-10個工作天最慢則10-14個工作天出貨。敬請耐心等侯，我們訂造期間會定時聯絡 閣下貨品狀況。
物流方法 :
1. 香港區 : 500元以下加$30包本地掛號，如需要可安排用順豐到付，滿500元以上可選順豐站/智能櫃/工商地址將以順豐快遞寄出
2. 澳門及台灣：滿1000元以上免運費。
3. 海外國家：滿1000元以上免運費，1000元以下加$30以空郵掛號
保養維修及換尺寸細則 不設退款、換款式、換卡數及換顏色服務
1. 如收到貨品後發現損壞或需要換貨(不是人為因素)，必須拍照盡快與我們聯絡，否則保養無效。
2. 在收貨日起3日內，貨品因質量問題可換新一次，其他理由(如私人理由、人為損壞)恕不換貨，請自行於5日內自行寄出貨品，來回貨需要買家自付，請見諒。郵件內請註明需要、姓名和聯絡方法以便跟進。
3.貨品不設有換尺寸服務，因此在下單前需量度清楚。
6. 耳環產品因衛生問題一律不設退換。
7. 客戶在購買本公司產品時即代表接受本公司保修條款，本條款最終決定權歸KooGoo's Collection所有。

Logistics
1. Within Hong Kong, every purchase under $500 should add $30 for HK registeted post or self-paid SF express. $500 or above can choose registered post or SF express.
2. Macau and Taiwan are free shipping for over $1000. Under$1000, please add hkd$30.
3. For Overseas, over $1000 purchase should add hkd$30 for registration airmail
Repair & exchange
1. No change for carat and colour service.
2. If the quality of the goods is defective after receiving, the goods can be exchanged within 3 days(except for human factors only), buyers should pay the return shipping fee, please understand.
3. Size problems cannot be exchanged, so please find out the suitable size by yourself, thank you.
4. No refund service.
5. KooGoo's Collection reserves the final decision on exchange and the terms & conditions.
6. In case of doubt the Chinese version shall prevail.
